A parent's worst nightmare. Heinous acts commuted by a former pediatric nurse The FBI investigators thought they were searching for a child Mediaography perpetrator what they found was much more horrible. The judge will not order therapy as he feels he's beyond medical/psychiatric help. As a part of the verdict the convicted cannot appeal his 80-year sentence. He's going to rot in prison. No other child can ever be harmed by this man or his conspirators (one was a counselor) ever again
At least the judge accepts that the most vile pedophiles are not able to be rehabilitated or treated? I cannot comprehend such a deviant psycho pathology.
'Worst of the Worst': Ex-Pediatric Nurse Sentenced to 80 Years for Sex Acts with Infants | NBC New York
A San Diego pediatric nurse was sentenced to 80 years in prison for performing sex acts on two newborns and videotaping them. During the sentencing, the judge said the nurse was "the worst of the worst." Michael William Lutts, 50, a former nurse, pleaded guilty in January to two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of distribution of child Mediaography. He admitted to 15 instances of photographing or videotaping the infants in "sexually explicit situations at both his home and his work place," the U.S. attorney said.U.S. District Judge John Houston said Lutts was "the worst of the worst" and described what he had done to the two-month-old premature boy and 11-month-old girl "worse than a mass murderer shooting 20 people" because the victims were fragile and easy to victimize.

Death penalty is too kind. Those babies & families are scarred for life.

This truly makes me nauseated. Someone who is supposed to protect children in their most vulnerable state ended up being their worse nightmare.

I'm wondering whether or not this nurse purposely entered pediatric nursing to facilitate easier access to children and to have an excuse to be around them.
It's somewhat similar to the handful of Little League coaches who have been exposed as pedophiles with a penchant for prepubescent boys. The coaching gig facilitates easy access to children.
Don't google his name for the original details. The baby was a preemie he was fostering. He was caught on day five. The evidence confiscated has the baby screaming in the background I just can't.

I am actually going to throw up. What the ****
*tears in my eyes*
The only positive is no psych/med facility. He's got 80 years in maximum security (no mention of solitary) with no option to appeal (waste tax payer money for decades on end)

I'm personally fine with paying for him to be sexually abused against his will for the rest of his life...and castration (or anything else that would limit his ability to be aroused) would be a fair option as well.
My thoughts might be really far out there but not too many things in life push my buttons such as this type of unfortunate topic.

I was wondering the same thing...

I am sickened, but I commend the judge for adding another 15 years to his sentence and declaring that therapy for the predator would be a waste of money.
