I thought it might be nice to have a place for us to vent our frustrations with waiting until May 30th or so when letters start going out. I know I'm going nuts already!
How about introductions and a little info about each person?
I'm applying to both Bloomington and Indy-Lawrence for the Fall 2009 ASN programs. I turned in my apps this week with 4 As on the pre-reqs and a 90.0 on the TEAS. My eventual goal is at least getting a BSN, and if I feel like doing homework long enough, an MSN of some sort. I work full time now, but will hopefully only work part time if I get accepted. I'm so antsy to start preparing and finally feel like all of this is real!
you all are so lucky that your mail comes early, mine doesn't come until late afternoon. Starting tomorrow, I prob won't have computer access until Sunday. ack!!! That means, I won't be able to check to see if you got your letters or not. dang.....
I'm going nuts...having days to wait is worse than having weeks!! My mail doesn't come til afternoon either and I can't stop looking out the window!
I agree! Before I didn't expect it. Now I know it could be any day and each day that passes with nothing leads to a small, frustrated tantrum at the mailbox. Rar.
I applied to Evansville Ivy Tech and received my acceptance letter today in the mail. The letter was postmarked 05/26/09 but the letter had the date 05/29/09. Nursing Orientation Session in Evansville scheduled for 06/17/09 from 5-7pm. I am so tired to going to the mailbox every 30 minutes until the mail arrives. Hope everyone else gets their letters ASAP.
