I thought it might be nice to have a place for us to vent our frustrations with waiting until May 30th or so when letters start going out. I know I'm going nuts already!
How about introductions and a little info about each person?
I'm applying to both Bloomington and Indy-Lawrence for the Fall 2009 ASN programs. I turned in my apps this week with 4 As on the pre-reqs and a 90.0 on the TEAS. My eventual goal is at least getting a BSN, and if I feel like doing homework long enough, an MSN of some sort. I work full time now, but will hopefully only work part time if I get accepted. I'm so antsy to start preparing and finally feel like all of this is real!
I know all you girls waiting will get in, you have way better scores than me. I got in with a 206. I was fretting because everyone on this forum has really really high scores! and they only are taking 30 RNs at my school. so believe me, I was doubting my 206. Yippe, I am so happy.
Relaxing doesn't seem to be in my list of options for life in general ;P I just keep thinking "what if......" and how I should have gone to a second nursing info session, just in case. Ugh, this is torture.
If the Indy letters are starting to go out, that's pretty exciting but that might be even worse since I surely won't get mine when all of you people who live near Indy do since I'm down in Bloomington. I'll still have to wait at least an extra day I'm sure.
Man, I think I'm going to need a bottle of wine here soon...
Congrats cthomas! Your post must have slipped past me! If I get Indy's first (IF I get any at all, still not wanting to jinx myself) then I'll still be holding out for Bloomington too, so I understand what you mean there :)

you know i was doing good sunday and monday (no mail on those days) hehehe
my campus said that they are not sending ours until next monday. ugh!
