Waiting For Spring 2013 Acceptance..Anyone else?

I just sent in my final piece for admissions, my essay. Now, I wait. I will find out in October if I'm accepted for spring start. I've waiting so long to get here. Anyone else playing the waiting game???

Congrats everyone who got in!! My school's application period was between July 15 and Sept 15. I had my application in at the beginning of Aug. They send letters out approx 8 weeks after the deadline, so I have a week left to wait!! I am so anxious to know whether or not I got in and trying to be as patient as I can LOL!! I hope everyone else that hasn't heard yet gets good news!!

I've just gotten the call that I got accepted into the program! No words can express how happy I am right now :D Congrats to everyone who also got accepted :D

I am expecting mines round the same time frame, so you are not alone. The waiting makes my stomach hurt. At this point, I don't want to do anything, but sit home and wait until I receive my letter. I hate to go to work because all I do is daydream. My family doesn’t understand how serious this is. They never had to go through anything like this. If I do get expected I will be the first in my family to enter a bachelor program, of any kind. This really means a lot to me. Hopefully I will receive good news.

I was also told not to expect to hear anything until Thanksgiving. Doesn't stop me from rushing to check the mail everyday, though ;)

Thank you all for my congratulations. I got accepted into a BSN program here in TN that only opened up a few spots for Spring acceptance. They usually only have applications for Fall, but luckily opened up these few spots, so I will not have any lag between finishing prereqs and starting the nursing program!! Happy dance!!!
