If you are a US permanent Resident, or American citizen, you can access their website at www.rn.ca.org, then go to permanent license verification, type in your last name, if you passed the exam then your name and your license number will posted in their website. it took 5 days for me to find out that I passed...my name was on the website :-).the hardcopy license will come via regular mail later. goodluck :-)

me too waiting for the result from california. i dont know how long it will take.heart is beating vigorously and pounding. oh my god save me.
I took the NCLEX yesterday (March 10th) and I am almost certain that I failed. The computer stopped at 75 questions and I know I didn't do that well for it to stop at 75. Now I also realize that I have to wait at least 2 weeks to find out whether I passed since there is no quick results available in California:-( I am depressed and not even sure what to do. Should I apply for a job finally or should I wait and keep myself busy with fitness and TV and housework? I can't focus on anythingelse but this test right now.

I am new to this state and just took the NCLEX. My friends in Washington who took the NCLEX received their results in 1-2 days. The board of nursing says it could take from a few days to a month to receive my results. Does anyone know the average wait time in California??
