I am starting this forum for those of us taking this course in May to interact and offer eachother encouragement and assistance.
I feel like I got so lost in trying to look up statistics that I am having a hard time going back now and remembering what I am supposed to write about and I still didn't find everything they wanted.
I know! I compared zip, state and national data, then had to go back and add county stuff. I hate this class already and still have too long before it’s over.

I totally agree. We get to finish this paper and turn right around and start another! I wont be able to do this weeks quiz until Sunday as I have to work the next three days but if any one gets to take it let us know if it was about the same number of questions and was it just as hard or worse.
I hate this course far more than Holistic Health assessment. Anyone reading this who is contemplating doing online BSN-RN through UTA- my advice is DON'T! Find a brick and mortar and go there. I miss the days of studying forever, taking a test, and feeling that I had actually done something constructive with my time. I could teach this course in two weeks without the ridiculous busy work.
Skim 6-7 Chapters- seriously? Anyone interested in Community Health will definitely lose their interest after this class.
Yes, there is a new template to use that was emailed to us. I am at 17 pages and that is just with objective. I copy and pasted charts on the demographics and I am now looking up national statistics at the us census board, very time consuming! Is this what y'all are doing? I left all of my notes at work on the subjective and don't work again until Saturday, so I have to remember my notes:/
I made charts for the objective data as well. This paper is consuming most of free time. I am going to work and then coming home and working on this paper.
I copy an pasted the charts from my cities demographic page, they had the comparison from local and state, must not national, I then had to find out how to give credit for these charts and found out to put
"[chart from demographics of..]" retrieved from....I am just not sure if I keep the parenthesis or not?

Someone sent out a new document worksheet yesterday (coordinating coach??). It is much simpler since they took out the rubric and instructions. The title page is at the beginning, where it should be. So far, 13 pages and counting….Glad we can make tables to put the demographic, economy, etc. stats together. Makes it easier to read.
