I have worked in the nursery/NICU ever since I graduated from nursing school, 16 years ago. I have never worked in a level only III NICU, only outskirt hospitals. I have only witnessed one death and every time I tell someone that I am a baby nurse, they feel sorry for me,"how do you handle all of those deaths?" If you want to work with babies, like I did, work in a hospital that you do both well babies and level II.

Woop! It is over!! Ended up with a 96, even with that first 40! It was so wonderful to be with ya'll during half of this program! Wish that I would have found this group when I started 8/2012! Anyways, ya'll helped so much and we are finished! Congratulations to all of my computer BSN graduates!!!

Yes, everything is due by week 5 on Monday! I have to work this weekend, so I am doing it all now! I sill have my college algebra that won't be finished until December, but I can still graduate. I don't think that I will be walking, as it is just not a good time of year with my husbands job

What are ya'll doing your presentations on? I had to make a powerpoint for coopertative nursing, but before that class, I had never made one.

I did that too, but I guess that I just didn't have enough information?? Anyways, just have to come up with some more bsstuff!

Hi ya'll! I see some familiar faces :) anyways, I just got back my week 1 journal with a 40!!!! I have never received a grade like that! I really don't know what I did wrong!! Now, I am so scared to even submit another assignment! This whole program has been this way for me, I really don't know what they want until about the third week into it!!

Aww, I initially signed up for capstone for 8/12, now I have to start on 9/23 because I have to take college algebra for the entire fall semester! Not too happy about that!

Doesn't Uta only send out the bsn diploma so many times a year? So, if I do algebra for 12 weeks and get done in December, I may not get my diploma in December meriwhen? Yes, my problem was the timing and going into the class late in a crammed summer class. I start again August 26th for the whole semester, online, through a jr college. Lucky me, 12 weeks of algebra, something that I have not used at all in my 15 year nursing career!

That financial assignment took more time than I expected! My numbers were crazy there for a while! Hope the situational analysis is not that bad....

I was taking Algebra through a community college online, I could have muddled along, but I was already 4 days behind and it is a crammed 6 week course, so I didn't have enough hours in the day.

OMG, I needed algebra and then capstone, but I just withdrew from algebra today! I couldn't do the crammed 6 week course, there are not enough hours in the day! So, I signed up for algebra in the fall. Do I have to be done with algebra to start capstone?

I just need college algebra and capstone to be completed. I started algebra on the 15th, and so I thought! The class started last Thursday and tried to play catch up with this online 6 week course, haha!! Was I wrong, each homework assignment takes about 4-5 hours per and there are 10 due before taking a test tomorrow, I finished 2. I just dropped the class and then signed up for the fall semester. I wanted to be done in September, but now it looks like December! This is very dissapointing to me Anyone have any tips on passing algebra?

I am having trouble answering the discussion 2 part 2 about examples of delegation! I havn't really encountered unnecessary duplication, underdelegation, reverse delegation, or overdelegation. I met with my manager last Friday.Which PP are ya'll doing?

Look on here for research from April of this year, that is when I took it, there are a lot of great responses and questions on there. Just pray that you get in a good group:) I had two other people that participated out of our group of 6, and that gets frustrating!
