I haven’t seen a discussion yet for Villanova BSN EXPRESS for May of 2021, so I decided to write one?. Has anyone applied or going to apply ?

Hey guys, I just applied last night and I’m so excited!! How long after you applied did you receive an invitation to interview? I sent in 3 out of 4 of my transcripts (I’m waiting for my grade to be put in for the Summer class I just finished last week), can I still possibly receive an interview invitation before I submit my last transcript or will I probably not hear anything until they’re all in? Also what kind of questions did they ask in the interview? Thanks in advance!

Best of luck!! I got an invite for an interview the day after I had applied and interviewed a couple of days later so it was a really quick turn around, so I'm sure you can expect to hear from them soon!

I just submitted my application. waiting to send my transcripts.

does everyone get invited for an interview? and how long after the interview did you hear back for the results?

you will be notified for an interview if you meet the GPA requirements ( minimum 3.0)and MOST of your pre- reqs are completed . I would wait a couple of weeks after you submit your application , and if you haven’t heard anything by then , reach out to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) Regarding your application status . You do not need to complete all of your pre-reqs to be accepted into the program ( they just need to be completed by the time the program begins next May ).

thanks for the info! I'm a little iffy bc my undergrad GPA is a 2.65 but my pre-req GPA so far is a 3.15

Some Applicants will be invited for an interview quicker than others . What’s important is that you continue to reach out and follow up with the program directors about your status after you submit your application . Best of Luck !

I would contact the director (her email is on Villanovas site) and explain your circumstances with your GPA.

I contacted -------------------. she’s the one who reviewed my transcripts. she didn’t say anything about not applying due to low GPA. she just said which classes are still missing

No, I think they’re still waiting on my last transcript to come in. I took Developmental Psych this Summer at my local community college since it’s so much cheaper than taking it at the university I’m at now and they only send hard copies of official transcripts so it takes a while.

oh so they invited you for an interview even before receiving all your transcripts?
