I got an 85% on Mod 5. I studied very hard, although there were just a few odd questions that weren’t part of any major topics. Very frustrating and I contacted the prof about this but she said I’m doing well and not to worry. I was aiming for an A in the course so I am a little disappointed in my grades but oh well. I feel like I have to literally memorize every single sentence! Don’t gloss over anything, try to retain as much as possible. I’m a bit nervous for the final LOL. Maybe we should form a study group for the final exam?

Yes! I need a study group for all of it! LOL. Im actually about to finish my notes for 5.6 and go through the videos again. Then start doing all the studying for the section. I want to take the test soon. I had to get a 2nd attempt because my power went out with the storms in Texas inthe middle of the test and im happy they did because I was not going to do well on that test after I looked through it and started answering questions. I was like omggg, I don't remember any of this and the scenarios! !

 So I'm happy to have a do-over

Hi guys, just wanted to reach out and see if anyone here has taken pathophysiology with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME)? If so, are you able to provide any feedback? I am trying decide between taking it at Villanova or through Portage Learning. Thanks!

Although portage will be significantly cheaper and you can go at your own pace … I personally feel (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) is (  I can almost Guarantee that 95% of my cohort would agree with me on this  ) one of the best professors in the program . If you can take any class that she is offering while in this program I would ENROLL IT ASAP LOL .

hope this helped a little in making your decision .

Hi Drumdude, I appreciate your quick response and feedback ? I am definitely learning towards taking the course with her as I've heard great things! Thanks again this definitely helped with my decision

No problem  !  She’s just really good with focusing on what’s actually  important for NCLEX as well as what you need to know for your exams . She’ll provide a little study guide and it’s always willing to offer help and resources that could benefit you . Love her sense of Humor too .

just make sure you purchase a multi color pen or markers because you will be drawing a lot during her lectures. All the best future RN !

Awesome! Also, the course I will be taking with her is online. I’m not sure if this is the format which you took the course, but if so were the lectures prerecorded or did we need to log in on certain days?
