  1. It didn't take long for me to land an interview and offer but I started wayyy before I graduated. Hope this helps
  2. Yes! I need a study group for all of it! LOL. Im actually about to finish my notes for 5.6 and go through the videos again. Then start doing all the studying for the section. I want to take the test soon. I had to get a 2nd attempt because my power went out with the storms in Texas inthe middle of the test and im happy they did because I was not going to do well on that test after I looked through it and started answering questions. I was like omggg, I don't remember any of this and the scenarios! ! So I'm happy to have a do-over
  3. OMG!! It is such a challenge because the material isn't the hard part, it's the test!! How did you do on Mod 5?
  4. Yes! I feel like there is a huge disconnect from test and material. Anyone I've talked to has said the same thing. I did well on the first 2 but the last 2 I haven't done the best on. Im like I studied the material and was completely familiar but its still not connecting somewhere. Im going to see how I do on this module 5 test and if not, im reaching out again.
  5. Have you reached out to the professor?
  6. Hi, what study tips do you have for Patho?? I'm finding that my material vs test info can be a little hit or miss and can be very very detailed compared to the notes and videos. Any thing would help!!
  7. hi, I hope you all are well! I just submitted all my information for the WGU application. What was your experience like during the program?Did you enjoy it?Any advice, recommendations or suggestions? Were you able to work during this time? What kind of job did you have? I currently work full time in a school district so I'm not sure I'll be able to keep my job with the program and clinicals. What insurance did you get? Does WGU offer insurance plans at a lower rate? I won't be able to keep my insurance, if I stop working with the district? How did you pay for the program? How much was everything per semester? I plan to pull from my teacher retirement and use my tax refund for the last year before quitting my job. Were your classes online? Did you meet in a class at a specific location? How was your nursing mentor? Was it hard to follow their schedule, etc. Did you find the experience helpful and hands on? Please, please...all and any information will help! Thank you!!
  8. I used the ATI TEAS pocket prep and just ATI TEAS. One is red and the other is blue.
  9. Afterwards. They let you know once you get accepted ..
  10. GIRL! The science was extremely hard for me. You had your usual function/parts of the body, hormone questions and then there were like 6-10 questions about things I swear I had never seen or studied for... and I had both ATI and mometrix books, I downloaded the apps, watched Youtube videos, etc. I studied for 6 weeks before. -- everything else was pretty easy. Do not underestimate the grammar/english portion either. I could have done better there and that was my lowest score out of all sections. Any questions, let me know! I know how I was feeling before taking it and studying, etc.
  11. LOL! Gotcha! I am applying for the same cohort as well and a few other universities. It will also be my 2nd BSN. Good luck on your TEAS! I just took it and am debating on taking it again.
  12. CONGRATS! what were your stats when you applied? And how was the nursing school process with it being so condensed?
  13. @evelaboy Thank you! Are you currently a student there? If not, what program are you attending? Thank you!
  14. Im applying too! I just took the TEAS and wanted to know what scores are considered competitive for UH Sugarland. Does anyone know?
