I haven’t seen a discussion yet for Villanova BSN EXPRESS for May of 2021, so I decided to write one?. Has anyone applied or going to apply ?

How long after applying did you hear back about an interview?  I applied early last week and haven't heard anything yet which worries me....I'm hoping they're just busy with reviewing lots of applications.

Are all of your transcripts received and checked off in your status checker?

They should’ve told you during your interview, but you can always call and email the office to ask!

Yes they received my transcripts...I confirmed with Kristin early last week that they had all my materials.

Hmm well I’m sure they’re probably just taking a little more time to review and get everything in order since they’re probably getting more applications now than back in the Summer months!

Do any of you guys know an estimate on how many days/hours a week we’ll spend per each clinical rotation?

Clinical times and days depend on what hospital they put you at for which ever clinical your at 

and is determined most likely closer to the start of the program

email them they would better know.

Hey all!

Like a few of you on here I am a long time lurker on these threads and just finally decided to create an account and participate because why not?

I applied under the regular decision on 9/18. I've been in touch with Kristin sporadically since then but she did mention the other day that she hopes to have the next set of interview invitations out some time next week for those of us that applied up to the 10/1 deadline. She did mention that she was out of the office recently and was just catching up on applications so those of you that were worried because you haven't heard anything, don't be :) 

I have really appreciated how responsive Kristin has been through this whole process and how quick the decision turn around seems to be! I wonder is she lurks on these threads too. When I applied for the BSN program at University of Washington last Spring, the BSN coordinator admitted as such.

A little about my stats: Undergrad 3.44 GPA from Rowan in Biochemistry back in 2013 with a 3.6 prerequisite GPA with just patho left to take. Since then I've been on the west coast in seattle working at a trauma hospital in blood banking and transfusion. Villanova is my top choice so hopefully I get in to meet you all. 

Also for those of you looking to take patho online, Im currently taking it as independent study at University of Northern Colorado. The instructors there are very quick and responsive and its go at your own pace. (I applied on a Friday and I was in the class that Tuesday). The cost was roughly $750. So just an option if some of you still need to complete patho! :)
