Very depressed!

I am a member of the National Student Nurse Association and I have plans to be in Daytona Florida for the NSNA Convention November 11-14 2004. But I may not be able to go now because my husband lost his job on Friday and I won't be able to afford to go now. I already had airline tickets that are non-refundable and hotel reservations.

I am so upset because I went to the one in Nashville Tenn. before and I learnd so much from that convention that it helped me in my next class and clinical at school. If any of you have ever been to one of these you know what I mean.

Do any of you have any idea's about how I might be able to go still?

Are you employed with a hospital or other facility that may have educational dollars available? How about through your school?

I am sorry to hear about your husband. I lost my job in May and totally understand both the stress and financial strains.

If you've already paid for your ticket, is there any way you can go or sell your ticket to recoup the cost??? Ebay will let you sell tickets on line...maybe that's a possibility?

wow I am sorry this happened to you. I would be depressed, too. Any way you can try what Nurse Ratched suggested??? I feel for you! I hope the dh can find another job, soon.

great beaches, beautifull women, small bikinis lovely ocean

more importantly great golf course, I know Ive played some of them

Golf, beaches, beautifull women and bikinis the great joys in life for me
