Vermont License Renewal..HELP!

Hello guys! I need help. This is my second time to renew my license in Vermont, however due to lack of employment opportunity here in PI, I havent been into any work experience since getting my license last Dec 2006.Would the VT-BON renew my license?

Do you really want to renew your license instead of putting it on inactive status? do you have plans on practicing here in the US in the coming 2 years? or do you have ongoing application for work here? If yes, maybe you can call the post office to cancel delivery, and send the renewal instead. Or maybe you just send the renewal today, then call Vermont and request that they disregard your first letter and just explain a bit. They are professional people, and are not hard to talk to.

But putting your license in an inactive status will save you 95 bucks though. Its up to you....

How will I know if Vermont already received my renewal form? I think I am having problems with DHL. According to the tracking information provided on the website shipment delivered - Londonderry- NH(destination). However, as I understand NH stands for New Hampshire and not Vermont. All of the infos are correct including the shipment address. I contacted DHL regarding that matter and they insisted that package was delivered and signed by a receptionist. In my belief anybody could received a package even if it's in the wrong address just receive the documents.

Anyways, I contacted Vermont and Inquired if they received my renewal form, their response is they will not know. Just checked the website if the status change to renewed. Right now it's still active (and will expire on March 30)

How could I insist to DHL that Vermont haven't received my documents? My worry is I shipped it early to avoid the $30 penalty for late renewal. But I have no way of confirming to both parties if the package indeed arrived at the proper destination.

ask dhl to give you a copy of the form signed that the letter was received,provide your receipt also. hope it helps, just received my renewed license 2 weeks ago,same at vermont.i send it tru ordinary mail.

Hi prisesatna, when did you mail you license renewal application? How long did you wait before you got your new license? I mailed mine on the first week of March.:)

i graduated on march 2006. should i tick yes and disregard numbers 2-5 in section E? btw, is there anyone of you who renewed their license in the United States - went to Vermont BON directly?

if you graduated last 2006 1.) should be yes

2.) will be no because you've just graduated last 2006

if you are practising 3.) it will be a yes

4.) will be your current employer.

btw, is there anyone of you who renewed their license in the United States - went to Vermont BON directly?

i mailed my renewal form in the USA. i was on holiday at that time not in vermont though. and my renewed license was mailed to my address here in UK.

hi! i would just like to ask.. i mailed my renewal form with the fee on the first week of march and up to now i still didnt received any letter or confirmation from the vt bon that they received my renewal form. i send it thru ordinary mail too. im afraid that my letter must have been lost. do you know how to and where to check about the current license status? a response will be deeply appreciated..=)

hi.. just askin if u have recieved ur renewed license? i send mine on the first week of march too and up to now i have not received anything, not even a confirmation that they already received it..

I paid $95 in the form of a bankdraft then mailed it with my renewal application forms plus my hospital cert stating the no. of hours i worked for the passed 2 years:redbeathe just follow the instruction there and you won't get lost.

hi! i would just like to ask if u have received anything from the vt bon about the renewal of ur license? or have u checked ur status in their website? i checked mine and it says there that my license is in inactive state. but i did send my renewal form last march 4..
