Vermont License Renewal..HELP!

Hello guys! I need help. This is my second time to renew my license in Vermont, however due to lack of employment opportunity here in PI, I havent been into any work experience since getting my license last Dec 2006.Would the VT-BON renew my license?

i have a question:

since im from philippines, im not allowed to renew my license online,, i downloaded the renewal form which is 9pages.

1.on the first page it's asking for a license number, what am i gonna put there since i dont have a license number? should i leave it blank?

2. do i still have to answer this? my address is still the same

Provide the name of the US STATE from which you received

your ORIGINAL RN LICENSE. I passed my NCLEX choosing california state but since i transfered it already to Vermont what state will i put??

4.what do they mean about this?

the last five (5) years (04/01/2006 - 03/31/2011)?

and this

Have you successfully completed a Board approved RN Re-entry program within

the last five (5) years (04/01/2006 - 03/31/2011)?

Hello. I asked and emailed about my username/id and password. the person in charge replied quickly, I stated my complete name, address, license number, date of birth and initial date of registration.

I answered NO since I graduated last 2005

I think this is needed for renewal of license and is applicable for nurses( graduated more than 5 yrs from nursing educ program) who were inactive or working but not related to nursing within the last 5 years or 2 years. I do not know if Vermont bon would approve/accept any refresher program or re-entry program offered in other country/school.
