hello my appointment for CCA is on may 8 2011. I am really worried, can anyone tell me how many weeks will it take to process temporary resident visa? the courier will get my application this Friday and deliver it to manila canada embassy.
  2. I think this is needed for renewal of license and is applicable for nurses( graduated more than 5 yrs from nursing educ program) who were inactive or working but not related to nursing within the last 5 years or 2 years. I do not know if Vermont bon would approve/accept any refresher program or re-entry program offered in other country/school. :-)
  3. Hello. Have you graduated from your original/initial RN Nursing education program within the last five (5) years (04/01/2006 - 03/31/2011)? I answered NO since I graduated last 2005 Have you successfully completed a Board approved RN Re-entry program within the last five (5) years (04/01/2006 - 03/31/2011)? I answered NO
  4. Hello... I just want to know if your friend is an IEN and under tourist visa? Did your friend work while studying the refresher course for one year? and how much is the tuition fee? After taking the course, is she/he automatically be eligible to write for CRNE? or she needs to retake te SEC? Thank you.
  5. Hi! I just want to know does anyone tried to take the CCA in Winnipeg Manitoba? my appointment will be this May 1st week. I'm still confused if I will take the CCA. I understand that I need to go back here. Is it possible to work or volunteer in any home care while waiting for the result? Can I apply for work permit for practical nurse or nanny ? I think for single entry visa, it is valid for 6 months. So I have enough time to take the refresher course and then CRNE. I am still waiting for the appointment letter to be given to the canadian consul so I can start my visa application. Hopefully, the embassy could grant me a visa.
  6. you can email them and ask for your username and password, indicate, your name, birthday, license number.

  11. Hi! do they require straight 2 yrs experience? or they will accept a combination yrs. experience in different hospitals? I had more that 1 yr of hospital experience, however I started working without license for 6 months, if I should count from the month I had my license, it would only be 10months. Will they accept experiences worked in College of Nursing as CI in hospital areas? I worked for 2 sems and one summer only (11months). I had a yr working experience in Saudi, but the hospital didn't issue NOC, they only gave me Employment cert.,unfortunately, I didn't take the MOH exam as well while I was in Saudi. My last question is, I'm unemployed for 1 yr now, is it possible they will accept my application? Because on what I've heard we have to take the HAAD exam first before we can send out application and it would cost too much to take exam. Hope someone could share their opinions.... Thank you... :-)
  12. Thank you! CRNM accepts Credit Card...:-)
