Vanderbilt Summer 2020 Nurse Residency

Hey everyone! Just thought I would create a page for us to chat about the upcoming application process and everything that follows! I graduate in May 2020 and am hoping to apply for the CVICU or the adult ED.

I think it probably depends on when your specific track is done interviewing!

Does anyone know if they only do one week of interviews? I only had one week to choose from and the powerpoint they emailed out says followup to interviews will be conducted after the conclusion of the interview week.

Must be one week for your track. I only had two days to choose from, so I assume the timing of offers is based on when each track is done interviewing.

Me either! I'm checking my email every 5 minutes, it's driving me crazy! Do you guys know if they only tell you if they want you to interview this week or if they'll tell you if you weren't selected too?

I got a text message before an email so you probably will too when they reach out.

I have my interview a week from today, super excited but nervous!?

So I'm feeling stressed bc the only interview day the offered me didn't work for me, so I emailed back and asked if there was any other day I could possibly interview. This happened on Friday, I havent gotten an email back, so I called yesterday, didnt get an answer, so I left a voicemail. No one has gotten back to me about anything? It's starting to stress me out and IDK if I should call or email again? I don't want to be annoying IDK
