What day are the beginning to accept applications? Is it the 18th?

Hello everyone! I don't know if anyone else encountered this but I am a bit confused about the different components of the application process. I know that off of their website there is the two-step application but when I Google the application I found this website: https://www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/vanderbiltnursing/nrp/ and this leads me to the portion where the letter of intent, recommendations etc. get uploaded. Is this part two of the application? Do I even need to wait for them to email me after filling out part one? Any help would be appreciated ?
