Woohoo! ? Okay thanks for confirming ❤️

Hey guys I am also applying to PMHNP. Good luck to everyone!

Specializes in Aspiring FNP.

Hello, I am also applying Pre-Specialty.

Hi all, I too am applying to the Pre-Speciality program for PMHNP. I am curious to hear about others' stats and clinical experiences if anyone is willing to share!

I am also curious. My nerves are on edge since the deadlines are approaching closer and closer. For myself, I have a 4.0 major GPA (UCLA psychobiology) and 4.0 nursing pre-reqs GPA. Regarding experiences, I've worked in several research labs (psychiatry, clinical psychology) and am published. I also am a medical scribe and crisis counselor.

LOL honestly probably me too, I am just completely overthinking the application.

LOL do you want to share where else you are applying to? And is Vanderbilt your top choice?

I didn't see this previously! I have a 4.0 Major GPA (UMass Amherst, Psychology), 3.97 cumulative GPA, and 4.0 Pre-reqs GPA. For experiences I was an intern for a youth and family support network, worked in a clinical psychology research lab (but am not published), and work in an adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit. I too am a crisis counselor and have worked as a teaching assistant for various psychology lectures as well. Thanks for sharing your stats with me! ?

Vanderbilt is my top choice! As of now I got into Emory just for their MN program (no specialization as they don't have PMHNP), and am in the process of applying to Yale, UPenn, Northeastern, UMass Medical School, Regis, and Mass General Hospital IHP.

Vanderbilt is also my top choice! I am also applying to UPenn and Yale. I considered UMass Medical School but decided not to apply. I do wish I had applied to more though ?

Are you coming straight from undergrad or do you have a few years in between?
