Hi! I'm starting a thread for Vanderbilt MSN Fall 2019. Anyone else applying/re-applying too? Please comment!

Will all applications submitted after the 11/1 deadline be reviewed after the decisions for the priority goes out? I missed it by one week so I might have to continue this waiting game even longer :(

I heard that because the application opened late if you applied by the 13th you were in the clear. You can call and confirm this information.

Oh thanks for letting me know! If you were priority, did you get an email that you met that deadline? I’ll give them admissions to ask about this.

My application and materials were all submitted by 10/24 and I was never emailed that I made the priority deadline. I think it would be best to call admissions since they have it on record and sounds like they’re more lienent because of the late opening of the application

There are interviews still occurring for post-master's PMHNP students, so it's possible they may wait until all forms of PMHNP (pre-licensure, post-licensure, post-master's) students have been interviewed before anything goes out. Hope this bit of information helps some.

Hello everyone,

yes the wait has been grueling! I applied for psych NP PreSpecialty. At my interview, couple weeks ago, they told me I’d hear back by mid Feb and to call them by the end of Feb if I did not hear anything. I submitted my application by priority deadline. Hope that helps!

I called admissions Monday- she told me decisions would be released mid to late February. She didn’t give any more details than that..

From what you guys understand, will we be notified of the size of our partial scholarship with our admission decision?
