Vanderbilt 2021 Direct Entry

Hey guys!

Vandy's application opens tomorrow! I am so anxious to start the application. There is a Pre-Specialty thread already started so I want to start this one for direct entry. Post questions, comments, experiences, and anything else. Good luck everyone! You've got this!

I am pretty nervous.. so, according to previous postings, they will announce  on 14th??.. damn~ we have only 2 days left !!, Fingers are crossed!!

For those of you that are OMTA, how are y’all planning on taking off for the monthly classes in Nashville?

Good question. I hope they send a schedule out ahead of time and I’ll take the necessary days off to travel. I had found somewhere that the MSN orientation is virtual and on Mon Aug 23, then classes begin Aug 24.

Aaaand it’s the 14th!! It has been so long since the priority deadline. Last August (when I started refreshing the application to check for availability to even start applying) feels so long ago, too. This has been a very long wait. Good luck to everyone!!

I also applied after the deadline, we will probably not find out till mid March if we got a accepted, denied, or waitlisted ??‍♂️
