UW Seattle Fall 2022 BSN

Hi future nurses ?
I have started to submit materials to all of the schools that I am applying to this year (yippie!) and saw that the University of Washington's BSN program application opened today. 
I thought it might be fun to start a thread for this cohort of applicants for questions, comments, worries, etc. 
I am a post-bacc student with a sub-par GPA (3.1 undergrad in Sociology with a 3.6 pre-requisite GPA). I previously earned my CNA license in another state, and I am hoping to get it reinstated in Washington here in the next couple of weeks... and hopefully get some CNA work experience. 
I'd love to hear from anyone about their application experiences with UW in the past!

Mine is under review too, I wonder how many applications were submitted this year.The wait is killing me.

I went to the Future Nurses Club meeting for the proctored essay information session and they mentioned 714 people had applied. ?

They accept 80 into the program and waitlist like 30ish, I believe. Last year people as far down as 20 on the list got in, according to last year’s thread. ??

Wow 714 with an acceptance rate of 10% but all we can do is hope for the best

The website says they will send out notification on the 15th of April which happens to be on a Good Friday so they might role it over to 23rd April.The wait is stressful but we did our part all we do now is wait and pray we get selected.

Does anyone application status still say submitted application? I just want to make sure that I am not the only one. I hope they don’t add an extra week OMG that would suck.

Mine says under review, I agree an extra week of waiting will not be easy but we got to stay positive.
