Hello, I applied to the UTSW Nurse Residency for July 2019. I applied for acute medical and surgical. I'm waiting to for more updates, and to hopefully get an interview. Any one who applied could you please state what units you've applied for, have you gone on and interviews, what the interviews are like, and if you get hired or rejected? Thank you! I've applied to acute medical and acute surgical, and I haven't heard anything back yet. I'll post any updates I've made!

Yeah I know someone from my cohort who got an offer this morning. I’ve given up hope ? but super happy for everyone who got it!

I was offered a position for PCU! I’m hoping they give us time to consider the offer because I’m hoping for a critical care position

did you receive your offer today? Do you go to school with anyone who received an offer for ED? or OR?

No I received one Friday! And two of my friends who applied for ER didn’t even get the interview, and I don’t know anyone who did OR!

Thank you!! just trying to get an idea of how many will be in my cohort for ED! and also my friend applied and interviewed for OR and hasn't heard anything back yet. I just saw someone posted on another forum that they heard back from L&D today.

Has anyone heard about offers from critical care? Also will they be sending out rejection calls/emails if you aren't offered a job?
