UTSW July 2019 Nurse Residency

Hello, I applied to the UTSW Nurse Residency for July 2019. I applied for acute medical and surgical. I'm waiting to for more updates, and to hopefully get an interview. Any one who applied could you please state what units you've applied for, have you gone on and interviews, what the interviews are like, and if you get hired or rejected? Thank you! I've applied to acute medical and acute surgical, and I haven't heard anything back yet. I'll post any updates I've made!

They said after about 2 weeks and a few days from my interview date which was the last week of JAN.

Thanks! I called today and spoke to someone who said about 2-3 weeks we should hear back.

I applied for the NICU. I go to school with someone who received their email offer last night. He applied for the critical care track.

wow congrats to him! my friend works in the MICU as a tech and loves it! Good luck to you too! Hopefully we all get some good news soon!
