UTMB Tradtional BSN Spring 2020

Hey everyone. I’m starting this thread to see how everyone’s status is going with their applications. I applied for Spring 2020 traditional BSN on 02/01/19. My transcripts were verified today 02/15/20. Does anyone know when I’ll receive the supplemental application?

Mine says the same, it’s neither an acceptance or a denial at this point I guess?

Hi! I'm late to the party but I got accepted today too! My stats aren't that amazing, but I have ~500-600 hours of experience, a previous Bachelors, and I had a pretty decent personal statement explaining why my stats aren't the best.

Accepted as well! BS/MS in Biology. No healthcare experience.

Cumulative GPA: 3.44 Prereq: 3.83 Prereq Science: 4.0

TEAS English: 91.7

TEAS Math: 100

TEAS Reading: 95.7

TEAS Science: 100

TEAS Cumulative: 97.3

I didn't actually study for it. I had a very strong background in all of those subjects, and I literally tutor in most of them.

Just an FYI to those of you who have not been accepted, like myself, I spoke to Ms Botello and she said not all emails have gone out. They apparently have more meetings to get through and there is an additional 6 weeks for any second, third round etc to be notified. It's also time for people to either accept or deny and pay their deposits, spots open up when that time period passes due to declines or no payment so they refill those spots.

I got an acceptance today! God is good y'all. If it helps, I got rejected in the fall of 2019 with the same GPA (3.8) I submitted for this application. The only differences where that I had a better TEAS score of 87% (Fall was 80%), I got my CPR cert done, and A LOT OF PRAYERS. Looking forward to hearing from all of you, and congrats to all who have persevered and not given up!

Yay! Congrats! That gives me hope! Hey question! When you got declined last semester, did you get an email that you didn’t get accepted? I’m not sure how it works.

I got an email from the school of admissions declining my application. My mystar stayed green complete but never changed.

I got accepted yesterday! GPA 3.62, TEAS 86, previous bachelors from TAMU, solid personal statement.

Has anyone made a groupme or Facebook group?
