UTMB Summer 2018

I just wanted to start a group for those applying to UTMB nursing summer 2018 start! I didn't see a thread and figured there was some of us who could use one!

I have already taken my teas and will be submitting my application soon! This would be a great place for us to compare timelines and answer any questions I'm sure we all have! I look forward to hearing from other applicants.

I interviewed late October and still haven't heard anything :(

Congrats!! I got the same teas score as you and have a 3.9 instead of 4.0 GPA. Hopefully I'm next...

Did you guys find out through mystar or by email?

I have a 3.0 GPA but got a 82 on my TEAS. I'm hoping they look at that instead

I am getting so discouraged :( I hope we all hear something soon. It seems they aren't accepting people in any specific order. I interviewed on November 10th have a 3.8 and an 84 on the teas. I thought my interview went well, but have not heard a thing :/ this is so stressful lol

hey guys so I'm currently a student at UTMB SON and I've failed out once in the beginning but appealed and was able to try again since my letter of appeal was successful. I didn't pass a class during my second semester and I wanted to know how helpful would a second letter of appeal be? What are the chances of my letter of appeal to work again considering this would be the second time they sent me an academic dismissal. My advisor told me to do an appeal but I wanted to know my chances because I don't want to get my hopes up. Thank you! Please any advice or knowledge would be helpful.
