I just wanted to start a group for those applying to UTMB nursing summer 2018 start! I didn't see a thread and figured there was some of us who could use one!

I have already taken my teas and will be submitting my application soon! This would be a great place for us to compare timelines and answer any questions I'm sure we all have! I look forward to hearing from other applicants.

Hopefulnurse23, having your to do list change is a really good thing but you're not officially accepted until you receive word from them, usually via email first. Hopefully you'll hear from them soon.

An update for people on here. I interviewed in November, got waitlisted in January and just got a call that I am accepted

Correct they called me and then when I verbally accepted they sent me the email

Did you guys notice that the summer 2018 decision box has disappeared in the student service section of your account? Do you guys think that means it's over?

I saw that as well and called Ms. Botello this morning. She said not to worry, we're still on the list. They will send an email once it's final that we will not be pulled off. Usually on the 2nd day of orientation she said.

I'm really hoping they do send an email. It's just common courtesy in my opinion. I've never received one before and I've been on the waitlist twice now. Obviously I know once class starts it's over but an email would be nice. I'm hoping there's some spots once orientation starts!

I'm applying for summer 2019 SON and got a chance for a second interview, does anyone know what that means or if there will be different questions? I was not as prepared question wise for the first interview around and traveled awhile to get to the interview so maybe they wanted to give me a second chance?
