Thank you! They were A mix of both honestly. HCA drafts questions based on the assessment you took when you applied. Through that, the unit decides which questions are worth asking. If you look up St. Davids New Grad interview questions on Glassdoor they give an accurate list on the questions they may ask.

Yes! I had my interview for St. David’s Medical Center NICU on Thursday and received my offer on Friday. I only had to do a peer interview with a 6 person panel and it went well! Every unit is different though. My boyfriend interviewed with the ICU on Monday and he had both manager and peer interview that same day. They told him he would hear back next week.

Hello everyone! I thought I would create a thread to keep everyone interested in this cohort updated. I attended the open house on 10/18 and got a call for an interview yesterday. Has anyone else received calls for interviews or know what type of questions they would ask a new grad?

An update for people on here. I interviewed in November, got waitlisted in January and just got a call that I am accepted
