Hello!

I was a little bit confused and was wondering, do they send the supplemental application after you turn in your application on NursingCas? I recently submitted my application with transcripts and did not know if I should be receiving additional documents afterwards.

Yes they will email you a link and a code to the supplemental application. All really basic quick questions. They send it usually a few days after all of your transcripts are verified.

Quick question... Do the transcripts have to be verified to submit the app or just received?

To submit it the one from nursing CAS you just have to request them. They willnt send it to UTMB until it's verified

I finally submitted my application this past Friday. Now the waiting game starts. The suspense is killing me! I also applied for the ADN Spring 2017 program at Alvin Community College as a backup plan. UTMB is my first choice because they offer a BSN, but I'll know if I get accepted into ACC way before I hear back from UTMB. As far as my stats go, I have an overall GPA of 3.62 and TEAS score of 82.7%.

I want to wish everyone the best of luck! Also, does anyone know when they will start scheduling interviews, and approximately when we will know if we are accepted?

I was having trouble too with it, but on the NCAS website they have a video that I found and it explains clearly! It helped me out a lot! Let me know if you cant find it.

Ok guys I need guidance! I'm not 100% sure anyone can answer this but I'm a tad worried. I submitted my application this week and today (at 4:30 😳) I received an email about my transcript entry not being correct. I have to wait until first thing Monday morning to fix it and re-submit. My question is, the deadline is Monday at 11:59 so as long as I submit it to NCAS by that deadline am I good? I'm freaking out a bit so any reassurance would've appreciated!😁

Yes, as long as it is submitted by midnight. However, remember that NCAS has a different time zone. I went to the open house and she stressed the importance of knowing that NCAS had a different time zone than us. Technically you want to submit everything by 11pm (our time). I would also call and make sure that you are filling it out correctly early in the morning, so you have to time to fix any other issues too! I hope this helped!

I just submitted my application to NCAS. I have 2 transcripts and under the status tab, it says they were both received on 9/19 but haven't been verified yet. Since the app closes tomorrow, do they have to be verified or just received by 12? Thank you for any information on this.

Just received! They said at the open house that it will take about 3 - 4 weeks for NCAS to verify everything after receiving your transcripts. As long as you submitted by the deadline, you are good!

Do we have to send in our Teas score directly from ATI or is a downloaded copy of our Teas scores sufficient enough in the supporting documents tab on our NursingCas app?
