UTMB Spring 2016

Howdy! I couldn't find a thread for Spring 2016, so I figured I would start my own. I'm having trouble with this whole application thing (mostly stress!), so I would love to talk to others going through this same process!

One other question, how long is the program? How many semesters? And do they go through the summers or take a break?

The program is 16 months long, which is 4 semesters, for us it would be spring, summer, fall, then spring again graduating in May. From what I was told we get a week in between each semester.

Hey everyone! For those who were accepted already did anyone receive the packet of information from UTMB about your acceptance, the ADA statement and courses that you still need before the program starts? If so, if we already accepted and paid our fee online do we need to mail anything back?

Hey everyone, I've been following the thread for a while now and decided to join you guys! I got an interview invitation yesterday by email but it isn't scheduled until 7/14 at 10 which is almost 4 weeks out. Did anyone else have this big of a gap between their invitation and the actual interview? Best of luck to everyone!

I also got an invite yesterday. Mine is next Friday. Looks like there are a few weeks of interviews. Mine is about 2 full weeks away.

Yay! Congrats on the interview. I had the option of next Friday or the one I choose in August. Would have loved to interview next week but I am out of town and won't be back until the week after. Good luck at your interview!

For those of you that were wait-listed and guaranteed admission into spring 2016, did you receive an invitation to interview?

My interview is the 31st. I had the same two choices-31st and 14th. There were about 10 slots total to choose from so I am guessing that is about how many are interviewing this round?
