Once again my dream was shut down! But i am not giving up. Good Luck to all that got in and to those still waiting.

I am sorry to hear that. You will get in somewhere. Keep trying. I have not gotten anything from them. I am scared now that maybe I was rejected too. Did you apply anywhere else? I applied to an ADN program and got in.

i applied to prairie view in the medical center but their deadline isnt until october 1st. well good luck to you. Good thing you have that back up plan. I passed my STATE exam as a CNA yesterday so if i dont get in this semester im going to find a job with that. I gotta start somewhere right?

Congrates on passing your CNA exam!!!! That will give you some experience for when you do start nursing school. What school did you go through?

I'm sorry to hear that, but you will get in! What were your stats? If you don't mind. My teas score wasn't amazing but above a 58%.

Well me and you were in the same boat...I didn't get accepted either but congrats to all who have and best of wishes to those still waiting...I know you will all make great nurses! =)

To the ones who didn't get the answer they hoped for: NEVER give up on your dream! It has taken me 13 years and though there was heartache along the way, I have no doubt that I ended up being just where I needed to be. So take a few days to cry and feel bad, then shake it off and keep trying!

3.1 overall GPA (failed a class my first semester in college - killed my GPA)

3.52 science GPA

I think that's all they asked for, right? I can't remember anymore, lol. But I had a really strong personal statement, and I think that really helped.
