  1. I applied to the Houston Methodist one at the beginning of September. I still haven't heard anything. I've applied about two others times to the transitional residency as well as to other positions at Methodist with no luck. Even redid my resume.
  2. But you did mean community college right? You can take it at a university and transfer it. But ask them first to make sure they will accept it from that university.
  3. Are you trying to get pharmacology credit or just taking it to get a head start? You will not be able to get pharmacolgy credit for it at UT because it is not an upper level course.
  4. Nope I got a straight up denial letter.
  5. Well good luck with that class. I applied to UT twice before I got in. Once for the accelerated bachelor's degree program and then to this program which I got in. I have a 3.06 science Gpa and 3.44 prerequisite Gpa. I also have two bachelor degrees and the second one I got this past May and was able to apply for this application period with it. I believe those helped but I also believe it was the grace of God. I prayed almost everyday to get in. I know that you will get in. Keep trying and keep the faith.
  6. My Gpa was around that and I got a C in Chemistry. I would say as long as your other classes are fine don't worry too much about that. Just do well on the Hesi.
  7. Anybody else taking a winter mini class? I am taking one at lonestar and it starts dec17 and ends Jan 4. As long as the class is completed by Jan 14 you are fine right?
  8. Thanks. I hope you hear something soon!!!!
  9. I checked my email this afternoon and found out I was accepted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I immediately started crying and thanking God for answering my prayers. I am still in shock.
  10. I hope they are still accepting. I have not heard anything yet. : (
  11. I had applied to UT's Bacc2 program for this past summer but was denied. I would like to stay in Houston. I will not be able to afford to live outside of Houston really because I am almost on my limit for loans.
  12. My prerequisite Gpa is 3.38 and science is 3.06. I made an 87 on the Hesi but I took some parts UT does not even require so it could be higher and I also winded up in urgent care a few hours before the test. : ( My CT score is 850. I have two previous Bachelor's degrees.
  13. I really hope I get in. UT is my dream school. This is my second time applying so I really hope they accept me this time around. I really want to go here and I have been praying to get in. This waiting is so hard because I feel my future is in their hands.
  14. Well I still have not heard anything from UTMB.
  15. Ahh seems like we have a lot in common. : ) Well hopefully we hear good news soon.
