I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for all UTMB Galveston's Spring 2012 traditional bsn applicants. Have you all started to apply yet or at least looked at the application? What do you think? How are your personal statements/testing going? If you guys have anything worth discussing please post and good luck to all!

I'M SO EXCITED!! I actually got on my mystar last night and accepted again!! I cn not wait!!

I've heard of people finding out on their mystar before they actually get an email...

Good luck to everyone with interviews today, and good luck on getting acceptance letters as well!!!

Hi guys, I've been following this forum and just made a account because I received my acceptance email yesterday at 2:47. I was in the first batch of interviews on Sep 9 so this day has been a long wait. I'm sooooo excited!!! Can't wait to meet the rest of my class! I think im the youngest one from what I gathered on here when yall did ages posts back. I'm 20, and I dont turn 21 till end of july lol.

There's several in the fall class that aren't 21, they miss out on the post-exam drinks :) but congrats everyone. Looking forward to meeting you all in January!!@

i just got back from my interview and it went pretty well. i agree with the person who said that it's more like a formality. some of the questions that i had expected to be asked weren't even brought up. it was a very comfortable and easy environment to be in. the lady who interviewed me was also very nice. she also told me to expect admission info in 2-3 weeks.

I have no idea why. I called TS and asked if it was a mistake and she said no that they wanted to interview me again...I didnt want to ask too many questions lol. My guess would be that they are undecided if they want me or not so they want me to interview again to see. Hopefully this is a good thing....

I'd think it was a good thing. The alternative would be that they weren't wanting to learn more about you. And, maybe they didn't ask you all the questions. I got done with my interview and was called back before I left the building because all the questions weren't asked. So maybe its somwthibg like that :-)
