UTMB Spring 2012

Hey Guys!

I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for all UTMB Galveston's Spring 2012 traditional bsn applicants. Have you all started to apply yet or at least looked at the application? What do you think? How are your personal statements/testing going? If you guys have anything worth discussing please post and good luck to all!

Gosh it felt like forever to get an Interview, but this wait feels like forever when you're patiently waiting to hear your fate. Trying to keep busy and your mind off it seems impossible..... I just wanna scream! Good luck to the next round of Invites and those who are waiting to hear if we got in.

I actually wrote an advisor said that my application was complete and sent to SON. She never said if it was being viewed with the next batch or not. But I guess thats better than nothing.

How did you get their contact information?

Thats really weird that noone else has heard anything about an interview. I thought they would have them out early in the week to give enough notice to get there.

There was about 5-8 people over the course of 30 minutes I was waiting.

Hmm, I wonder how long they were doing interviews for? That doesn't seem like alot of people.

Interviews are from like 8:30-4:30.

Im hoping they send out the next bath of invites really soon!!! But hopefully if they go out today its not going to be for this friday....that would be very little notice...

I know it might be different for the 2nd round.... but for those of you who have already had interviews? what time did the interview invite hit your email inbox???

Also, was a phone call accompanied with it? or was it just an email?

My interview invite came thru email and they notified me a week and a half before the interview date.

THanks! But I was more curious at to what time of day it was when the email came in? Was it before 5pm? After 5pm? Really early? Really late?
