i still haven't heard anything from utmb i am keeping my hopes up until this evening. if i don't hear from them i will call monday and just ask if they are going to consider me. if not, i will just prepare for the entrance exams and prepare to apply to as many schools as possible for the fall. rejection is a hard pill to swallow but it may also be a sign that now is not my time.
i know that they will accept you ms_sealy and jazzy i would love to be in your study group if given the opportunity to. you guys are fabulous!

i agree, rejection is a very pill to swallow but we must swallow it and move on. i have been rejected before in many schools i applied but i never gave up ,and now i am entering bsn nursing school spring 2010.. the more you get rejected, the more you want it even more. it lets you appreciate it even more. never give up , cause you never really fail until you give up....

So, if you get in (everyone), are you planning on working still? full-time? Since I have a degree already, I don't qualify for much other than a stafford loan, so it looks like I'll be working close to full time as long as they don't lay me off. Anybody else have that fun? Luckily, I can study at work some.

The lady in the admissions office just told me they would be sending another batch of interview emails on monday. I was worried when I saw yall got them and I didn't. We'll see and good luck to everyone!

toasterbell- congrats!!! :clpty: i am glad you had the guts to call in. now you won't have to be disappointed by the envelopes for hubby lol. i am truly happy for you guys that have been accepted.

Hey guys, I finally made it home. No email but I have not at all lost hope. I am throwing my mom a b-day party tomorrow, so I am busy busy.

Toasterbell, I know of a place that does the cpr everyday of the week, just let me know if you still need it. I'm just so happy you got in you and Emag was starting to worry me over here. Also, if you are in need of shots and so on.

P.S. My husband think I should see a support group for my allnurses addiction. LOL!!!

Emag has gone AWOL! I'm so glad they will be sending out another batch of interviews though!! There is still SO much hope for those who haven't gotten interviews yet....and all of you have better GPA's than me...and I got an interview so I'm sure the rest of you will as well!!! If not...there's something seriously wrong with them.
