UTMB Spring 2010
I'm trying REALLY hard to read everything. At least maybe it will give me a little reprieve next week. So far I've done 1 and 15 in roles, 1-99 in pharm, and 2, 3, & 4 in Jarvis.

I agree. There is a bunch of info in the schedule though.

UTMB Spring 2010
Yup, 200-something pages of pre-day-one reading. Wahoo!

UTMB Spring 2010
Me too!

UTMB Spring 2010
I'm going to attempt to read both, but sadly it took me almost an hour to do 30 pages. Either that's really small font or I've become a slowpoke (or both).

UTMB Spring 2010
Hehehe... Well, what can I say? I work for the government ;-). I pictured short like me, a little chubby, with fair skin and graying blonde hair about shoulder length. Compared to mental image you were TALLER! Maybe everyone just pictures people they like as looking like slightly modified versions of themselves?

UTMB Spring 2010
No, no, and no? Of course, I was sitting in the nosebleeds, so I wouldn't venture to guess on height or weight for sure :-p. The person I'm thinking of has dark hair, dark skin, and is curvy :-).

I'm sure they will. Enjoy TWU... It's a great school, and I'm sure you'll be very successful there. Have y'all started classes yet?

No problem :-)

UTMB Spring 2010
Ohhhhh! So THAT's you, Ms Sealy. I had a completely different mental image. If I see you on Monday I'll DEFINITELY try to track you down. :-)

UTMB Spring 2010
ok, i tried from this computer and i can't get into 3410 even after all of that (it worked at work). so, i downloaded firefox and it works great. i'd go for that. btw, module 1's assignment is lehne, r. a. (2010). pharmacology for nursing care (7th ed.). st. louis, mo:sanders. (chapters 1-11, pp. 1-99). however, the syllabus also says that we're covering module 2. the reading for that one is lehne, r. a. (2010). pharmacology for nursing care (7th ed.). st. louis, mo: saunders. (chap. 12, pp. 100-105; chap. 13, pp. 106-118; chap. 17, pp. 149-161; chap. 18, pp. 162-173). porth, c. m. & matfin, g. (2009). pathophysiology: concepts of altered health states. (8th ed.). philadelphia, pa: wolters kluwer health/ lippincott, williams, & wilkins. (chap. 9. pp. 198-213). hope that helps!

UTMB Spring 2010
Ok, I can fix both (hopefully)! For 3410, check for a little IE warning message on the top and tell it to go ahead an install (or something like that) then try to open it again. If that doesn't work I can look up your assignment tonight. If you're getting kicked out of blackboard, click on "problems logging in" and follow the instructions there. Basically, close all your windows, go back into blackboard, log in, log out, log in again, log out again, then log in and it should work. OR, I'm guessing that another browser would work, but I haven't tried it yet.

UTMB Spring 2010
Did they have the one for Adult I? Online, it says that it's only available through the library. On blackboard there's one that's 79 pages!!! On the other hand, it sure is nice to have a syllabus that's actually informative. Of course, I'm now totally freaking about trying to get all this preparative work done by Monday and wondering how on Earth I'm going to work 20 hours a week. Y'all?

UTMB Spring 2010
I'm still not real sure who I've talked to on here, although I did see emag. If anyone wants to say "hi", I'm in the light brown suede trenchcoat, dark orange shirt, brown pants, and long dark blonde hair. Hope everyone has a good day. Skygyrl - welcome! I'm not sure of the answer to your question, but I think that rule only applies for prerequisites. Were those all required classes for admission?
