Hey guys Im making this thread so all of the applicants for UTMB Spring 2010 can follow each other through the process and help each other out! The application deadline is coming up soon! Goodluck to all!:nuke: I know they are only exepting 60 for the spring.

You guys are so funny! They did say the minimum would be 2 weeks, so that would be today, but he said it would most likely be 3 weeks or so. They meet in committee and decide who's in. Professor Mendez said they would meet the week after my interview, so that was last week. I did ask if they would wait to make a decision after all the BACC2 interviews were complete, and he was not sure. In my mind, it would make sense to complete all the Bacc2 interviews, have the final committee meeting, and then let everyone know. That is what I expect to happen, so that means it would be Nov. 13th before everyone in BACC2 knows. If I hear anything before then, I'll definitely let everyone know.

Remember that UTMB is still recovering from IKE. They are short staffed and way behind and all these AC and Enrollment Services problems are not helping. I have heard that it is way worth the wait and that the success rate for passing the NCLEX and landing a job are the best in the state.

I did think of a couple more questions he asked: What would you do if you failed a test? -and- What will you do if you don't get into UTMB this time?

can i ask...what does your status say on econnect? mine still says pending. i was wondering if the school of nursing sent out the packets before admissions changed the status. Now I am going to go crazy since I can't check my mail because I am at work untill 11pm tonight

Has anyone gotten a interview letter for the regular BSN yet? They said interviews would be the 6th and 13th and that they mail out letters a week before so today would be a week before so just wondering?
