UTMB FALL 2019

The UTMB Fall 2019 application opens soon on November 15! Have you started on your essay or the TEAS preparation yet? I am so excited and nervous at the same time and have been stalking past threads on AllNurses.

Currently taking AP I and Microbiology and will be taking AP II in the Spring. I hope to take the TEAS by the end of December.

Please feel free to discuss your experience, stats, comments, etc.

I'm a Fall 2019 waitlisted applicant and I also submitted my spring 2020 application today.

Last time I talked to UTMB they said that when pulling waitlisted applicants they can start June/July. ? ahhhhh

Your STATS are a lot better than mine. I have an 83% on my TEAS and I've been waitlisted. I'm sure you'll hear back soon ?

Hey, I just talked to Elizabeth Botello asking if I can expect to hear anything prior to the spring application deadline. She said no it’s tomorrow (which I am aware of) and said they won’t have another meeting until next week. So, I guess that means don’t expect to hear anything this week.

I just received an email from Identogo requesting to get my fingerprints done. Anybody else on the waitlist received this yet?

I got an email this morning too! I wasn't sure if it was UTMB or another nursing school I applied to.

Mine must have been UTMB, I only applied to them & UTHealth but they denied me last month ?

I am not on the waitlist, still have not heard anything, and I just received one. I guess that means I'll be waitlisted?

Not necessarily. Could mean they plan to accept you and this is just to get the ball rolling. At this point who knows though haha
