It is so strange that no interviews or early admissions have gone out yet considering last year interview emails went out on the 14th according to past threads. Makes it hard to believe they'll go out a whole month later this year compared to last year. ?

Yes it does seem odd. Out of curiosity I skimmed through the 2017 thread too and mid-March is late compared to that year's timeframe as well. I wonder if perhaps they had a record number of applications this time and that has caused the apparent delay, or maybe there were issues getting the info from NCAS in a timely manner. I don't know, but I'm definitely not looking forward to waiting 2 more weeks.

Hello! Sorry this is not a "Check your email!" post. I was talking to a friend who was accepted to UTMB for the summer start. She said she didn't receive her interview invite until 8 weeks after the application closed. Although previous threads about fall admission seem to show people getting info sooner, I think it's more likely that we will hear something at the end of next week than at the end of this one.

Overcome with another day of obsession, I browsed through past threads and it looks like people would typically see a change in their "to do" list a week before interview/early acceptance e-mails went out. Has seen a change yet?

I saw my To Do list change on Feb 4. I also saw the same thing on past threads, but it's not the case this time.

Yeah, unfortunately I think the to-do list/acceptance connection is just a coincidence.

I was wondering the same thing lol I was counting on emails going out this week, but then I remembered it was spring break, so I'm not hopeful.

Looking at their academic calendar it seems as if some people still have class, perhaps that means there is a possibility of e-mails going out ??

I logged into my utmb portal and see new items under “new student information” yet i have not received an acceptance letter or email. I really do not want to get my hopes up and I’m wondering if they are just updating everyone’s account like “if you get in then here’s your documents” type of thing? Anyone else??? Also i don’t have anytbing under my to do list
