UTMB Fall 2017

Hi everyone!

I cannot believe it's actually time for me to apply to nursing school. It seems like I've been working on my pre-reqs forever now and it's finally here. I didn't see any utmb 2017 fall hopefuls yet so I thought I'd create a thread. I'm having one heck of a time with the application process. I'm taking my teas next Wednesday and submitting my application after that. Has anyone sent in their transcripts through nursingCAS yet? Anyone have any pre-reqs they still need to complete? I have one last semester to finish. Good luck to everyone applying this semester!

I just spoke with Ms. Botello on the phone. I interviewed on 3/14 and have been freaking out. I was also on the list for the summer program but I cannot attend so I called to let her know that. She said that they will be sending out the next round of notifications either next week or the following week. I wish I understood how they were going through these applications because this waiting is killing me.

I just called and pulled my application out since i've now fully committed to Baylor and am moving in 2.5 weeks for orientation. Can't hold out for an interview invitation any longer! Good luck to y'all and congrats on those accepted!

That worries me that I also interviewed with Dr. More except 17 days earlier and haven't heard back

Potentially another two weeks?! It's already been 4 weeks since my interview.

Yes! I think they sent it out to everyone, I'm sure they were receiving constant phone calls.

Yes I got the same email. ahhhhh its all just nerve-wracking and I am anxious to find out already.

The deadline for spring 2018 is May 31st so hopefully they make their decisions before then.
