Utica University - FNP Online Program

Hi My Fellow Nurses,

My name is Letisha, and I live in Brooklyn, NY. I am seeking an online Family NP Program. I know about Frontier, Downstate and Utica College. Does anyone have any reviews about Utica's online FNP program? I know it's a relatively new program. Any info is very much appreciated!

I believe to my knowledge this is a pretty hard and fast rule. I don't really know of anyone who has challenged this concept and had a different outcome. I'm sorry... I'm in 622 (graduating May) and this has been the course thus far with the 84 average. It's a *** rule that we have all had our gripes with. If it's any consolation, I think 621 is harder than 622 has been thus far (quiz and test wise) if you can get through this semester, there's hope for next! Best of luck

The quizzes are times on the computer, not proctered, midterms and finals are monitored on the computer through another company? A person watches you test and makes sure you are not cheating

I am in my first clinical semester and I am having issues with passing some of the classes due to the graduate policy that says we must have a grade of B in the average of the quizzes and the exams to pass a course, regardless of all other assignments.

I do not believe there is a way around this, Quizlet is a good place to find study information, also I bought the NP Fitgerald/leik exam prep books and they seem to help.

Hi, I'm suppossed to be registering for the UTICA FNP program for Spring 2022 but am getting cold feet. Seeing some horrible reviews about their nursing programs. Anyone here have any insight they'd care to share? Did the program live up to your expectations? Did you feel like it was manageable? The program managers obvioulsy paint this picture perfect school and I understand everyone has different styles and speeds for learning, but before I go any further I just wanted some feedback. Thank you all!
