Hi everyone, I just wanted to begin a thread for all UT Health SON students who are applying for Summer 2017. I didn't see a thread created for this term yet. I look forward to getting to know all of you as we begin this long journey. Feel free to share anything regarding the application process and/or ask any questions that you may have!

Apart from me, I have not received a transcript evaluation.

This is why I am attending another information session, because it seems calling for clarification is unreliable.

So it seems that everyone with complete status got the hyperlink, while nobody with incomplete did. Also only those with classes in progress seem to be getting transcript evaluations. I just wish they gave more information about how their process works. All of this confusion just adds to the stress of waiting.

I know how you feel. I've worked full-time since I was 15 and just went part-time in December, so I missed a lot of things I could have done because of work.

Received my transcript evaluation in the mail today.

I also received a transcript evaluation today. It said all my prereqs are completed, but I'm still in classes at TAMU, so my portal still says "incomplete" and I don't have any sort of hyperlink.

I can't make it either but I agree with Pappa22v, I'd love to know their responses. However, if I were a betting woman I'd put my money on vague responses that contradict previous answers they've given!

Well, if you or anyone has any specific questions you would like asked, I would be happy to pass them along and relay the answers here.

I'm not sure if they will be able to answer this question. Maybe how many applicants where there for this term or if the competition is significantly less than the spring or fall term. I have heard there are more people that apply to their program during the fall and spring term.
