Hello everyone, I wanted to create a forum for the UTHSC BSN Spring 2017 applicants. I plan to apply to this program, TWU, UTA, Lamar, and SHSU after I finish my pre-reqs this summer. Also, I still have to take the Hesi and Teas test this summer as well. I have attended three colleges throughout my college career and do not have the best GPA at either one of them. The school I am currently attending my stats are as follows:
Overall GPA: 2.5
Pre-Req GPA: 3.5
Science GPA: 4.0
Is there another thread for those applying to UTHSC's BSN pacesetter program? I have searched a few times and this seems to be the one with the most responses, yet it's no where near the amount of activity seen in threads from previous semesters. I hope this reflects the applicant pool. My GPA is 3.6 and my HESI score is 91 overall with an 890 in CT.
I have the green dot on my admissions page, nothing on my to do list, but have not received any sort of transcript evaluation. I applied around mid-August. I didn't know I should even expect one until I saw the posts on here.

Hey Jessica! This is not the main thread. The link to the one most people are using is at

It has almost 30,000 views, so I'm sure it's a more accurate reflection of the applicant pool unfortunately lol

Wait.... Spring 2017 or Spring 2016? When did you find out you were on the waitlist? I'm just curious because I haven't heard of anyone finding out their admission status yet.

But I got accepted @ Chamberlain College of nursing (Houston Campus)
I felt so dumb for not getting accepted at my first school choice.
If you don't mind, can you show us like a screenshot or like post the text in your waitlist email so we know what we should be looking out for? I get so many emails and every time I freak out wondering if could be the one. Haha!
