UTA AP BSN Spring 2014

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to start a new thread for those of us applying this May for the Spring 2014 entry into the AP BSN program. I have been working on my prerequisites for the last year and still have about 5 classes left to take. I will also be taking my HESI in May. I am so excited to get the nursing program started, but really nervous as well! I will have to work full time during the program and hope that it will work out. I am currently partnered with Cook Children's. Anyone else out there fixing to apply for Spring 2014 entry?

Could someone email her to see if maybe she can open up blackboard early?

May I ask what area of blackboard? Would it be under "announcements"?

I'm on campus, so maybe I shouldn't have responded, but I thought the online folks would have gotten blackboard access the same time we did. BB open for us on 10/18, left column under course list is "my organizations" and then "NURS: dec. 2015 class" from there student profile, my grades, background check.

I hope they open BB up early for you guys, it is great to see everything lined up.

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the forum. I just want to share my case because I'm so excited right now. I was on a wait list. And today at 4:30 p.m, I received a call form my counselor that the wait list moved up, and I'm next in line. I said, "yes" right away without waiting to finish her sentence. I'm IN for Spring 2014!! First time applicant, not partnered, Science GPA 3.72, over-all GPA 3.64, took 24 units pre-reqs from UTA, and 1 consideration (previous degree).
