So I'm trying to see anyone is going to apply for UTA's AP BSN program the fall of 2017. I have been following threads and trying to get some information about how this program is set up. I did my application to the school last year for the Fall of this year. I'm trying to knock out my science classes, but I have withdrawal from my biology class 4 times and Im wanting to take my chemistry over the summer. Possibly doing my other 2 sciences with UTA. I haven't taken the Hesi A2, I plan to take that around the Fall. So, I just like us to update with each other and encourage each other to get into the program. I would do my stats, but I haven't taken gotten them yet. As soon as Im finished, I will post them. Everyone is free to post theirs
Is anyone taking their pre-reqs online at UTA this fall? I'm taking Micro and A&P2. I'm still debating on retaking Chemistry over..
Hi, May I ask how do you feel about the online A&P2 and Micro? Is it difficult? How the exam work? that's exactly what I plan to take during the Fall 16.
Thank you in advance
HELLO ALL,
Im Karla and I just submitted my application for both the AP and traditional BSN program. I applied back in Jan and got accepted into the Ap program for Fall 2016 and wait listed for the traditional on campus program. I wasn't able to complete my Pharm class so it kept me from starting the program. So here I am reappling again. Best of luck to all and never give up.
Hi everyone!
I'm also applying for Fall 2017 AP BSN program.
I have already taken the HESI, however, I took it for a different school so I don't have the "learning styles" portion.
I got a pretty good grade so I'd really rather not have to take the whole test again.
Does anyone know if there's a way to take just that one section??
Good luck to everyone trying to get in!
I'm applying for fall as well.for those who may know, how selective is it?
also, what are "considerations"? i've seen that term a lot in the forums about this program.
I believe they look at the amount of hours you've completed at UTA; whether you work in a "partnered" hospital; your overall GPA and your science GPA; maybe if you have a previous degree (not sure on that one) and I can't think of anything else at this moment.
Good luck!
