So I'm trying to see anyone is going to apply for UTA's AP BSN program the fall of 2017. I have been following threads and trying to get some information about how this program is set up. I did my application to the school last year for the Fall of this year. I'm trying to knock out my science classes, but I have withdrawal from my biology class 4 times and Im wanting to take my chemistry over the summer. Possibly doing my other 2 sciences with UTA. I haven't taken the Hesi A2, I plan to take that around the Fall. So, I just like us to update with each other and encourage each other to get into the program. I would do my stats, but I haven't taken gotten them yet. As soon as Im finished, I will post them. Everyone is free to post theirs
Yes you can get accepted without those completed while applying, just as long as they are completed before the nursing school starts. Just a heads up, UTA only accepts Patho and Pharm from their university. I'm assuming you were going to take it with them but just in case otherwise.

UTA also accepts Pharmacology and Patho from Mountain view community college (dcccd). That is if you live in Dallas area. That is where I took mine and it was accepted.

yes you can get accepted to the program without those pre nursing courses but you have to have them complete before you start date of nursing school. Also you are allowed to take patho and pahrm courses outside of UTA but they only accept it from certain campuses. Make sure to ask you advisor for a list of the approved campuses for these course change every semester. I took intro to nursing at UTA but took patho and pharm at Mountain View and they accepted them.
