UTA AP BSN program Fall 17

So I'm trying to see anyone is going to apply for UTA's AP BSN program the fall of 2017. I have been following threads and trying to get some information about how this program is set up. I did my application to the school last year for the Fall of this year. I'm trying to knock out my science classes, but I have withdrawal from my biology class 4 times and Im wanting to take my chemistry over the summer. Possibly doing my other 2 sciences with UTA. I haven't taken the Hesi A2, I plan to take that around the Fall. So, I just like us to update with each other and encourage each other to get into the program. I would do my stats, but I haven't taken gotten them yet. As soon as Im finished, I will post them. Everyone is free to post theirs

I received an email today telling me to register for an orientation video and that my transcript was being evaluated again and I'd receive an acceptance letter via email within 5-10 days.

Anyone else get this??

I applied for AO BSN. I live in the woodlands (north of Houston) and applied only online.

I completed my lvn in December. I had a 4.0 in nursing school but other grades (from 16yrs past) weren't great- average 3.0 mostly. HESI scores were 96 and higher across all sections. 980/1000 total.

I took pharm in my lvn and it was transferable (as it was last semester and I had a 4.0). I still need a tech writing, patho, and prof nurses course I think.

Congrats. I didn't apply to TWU because I didn't have nutrition, which I just competed last week. They were the only school with that requirement.

I know you said AO BSN, would you be in the RN-BSN program since your an LVN?

Yes, I was rejected from UTHSC and have yet to hear from UTA obviously. But I chose to accept the TWU spot.

No...An LVN is not an RN.
