Where the heck is everyone? Now that everyone is accepted it seems the thread is dying. Am I the *only* one that finds the background check and fingerprint processes confusing?

In the second email she sent she said that we couldn't do our fingerprints until the board of nursing entered everyone that was accepted

Me too. Do you send the documents inside the package to the college already or do we take those to our appointment with the advisor?

I thought we had to wait for the BON for both the fingerprints and the background check. Yes, she addressed the fingerprinting that we would have to wait for the BON, but she did not say anything about the background check except that it was not due at the time of our first meeting.

TBON ise your fingerprints to do your background check. So if she mentions just fingerprints, is more or less background check. I hope you understand it...

Found out this morning I made it into the palestine traditional program!! They were having a problem with getting emails sent!! So relieved!

Hey guys! Loyalweim, I signed up for the Nov 8 CPR at TJC so I'll see you there! I have my appt with the advisor on Oct 30. I'll have all shots, TB skin test and drug test completed by then. All I'll be waiting on is CPR and blue card from BON. Is anyone buying uniform etc before the first week of class?

Congrats to you as well! When I didn't get my email on friday I got super nervous & had to wait until today to figure out what happened! Apparently I have to wait until my patho class on Wednesday to receive my orientation packet because the email system went down sometime Friday evening before I got mine! I'm worried about deadlines coming up though :nailbiting:

I received mine at 5 pm Friday. I had Bern freaking out all week waiting lol. Yes I am worried about deadlines too. I'm calling today to ask Mrs Anderson about it all.
