UT Houston (Fall 2014 applicants)

Hello Future Nurses,

Wanted to know if anyone was preparing to take the Hesi a2, and or applying to UT Houston before the Jan. 15, 2014 deadline for Fall 2014???? I would like to form a study forum!!

I emailed them about my transcript being messed up four days ago, and they have not responded :( loosing hope

When I search for it nothing comes up. :( I see all the other class pages but not ours. Am I doing something wrong?

I got accepted to both UT Health and TWU. I really don't know what school to choose.. Such a tough decision

Hi everyone!

I've been stalking this post for a while now and decided I should finally comment! I received my acceptance email as well. I was so nervous because this was the only school I applied to. These are my stats:

Overall GPA: 3.75 (receiving my BS in Psychology this May from UH)

Nursing Prereq GPA: 3.895

Science Prereq GPA: 3.833

HESI Overall: 90.4

Reading: 92

Grammar: 98

Vocab: 86

A&P: 80 (I was really nervous about this section because I hadn't taken A&P 2 yet!)

Math: 96

CT: 880

Learning Style: Visual/Analytical

Personality Style: Creative/People (do not agree but oh well lol)

I still have A&P 2 to finish and will take Intro to Philosophy this summer. (They have not fixed my Psych AP credit because it was missing on my course eval even though UH gave me credit for it.) Congratulations to everyone that's gotten in so far! Can't wait to meet all of you. And for those of you waiting, there is still plenty of time left to find out! Did anyone else's HESI scores come back up in their to-dos after accepting admission? It's strange but mine did.
