UT Austin Alternate Entry 2020

Hey everyone! I did not see a post for applicants for Ut Austin's Alternate Entry MSN program for 2020, so I started one! I know the application just opened a few days ago but with all everyone balances, I figure why not start now? I am applying for their PMNHP specialty.

I also got accepted to LEADs! I'm so happy I'm dancing around my work. They left my CNS application as "no action". Any one know what that means?

Admitted to LEADS but waitlisted to PMHNP.. anyone else in the same boat? Not sure what to do!

I got waitlisted, am number 1 on the waitlist at this time. Hoping to hear good news in the coming weeks, I want this so badly.

Are you number one on the LeaDS waitlist? I am number 8. I e-mailed Tracy in response to the form we have to submit and she said they have accepted a little over 10 people, consistently, over the years from the waitlist. So if you are number one on the LeaDS waitlist, sounds like you're in a really good spot.

Yes #1 on the LeaDs waitlist. That's good to know, hoping that we both get a spot! Fingers crossed.

Fingers are very crossed, I have never wanted something so badly and hope we don't have to wait until March to find out. I am happy you're first on the list, again, very good place to be!

For those admitted to LeaDs, how are you feeling about accepting admission before finding out about financial aid (MyStatus says check back in 2 weeks, but the deadline to accept is Feb 7th and financial aid person at UT said we’ll usually find out in mid March early April.)
