UT AE-MSN 2018

Hello, all!

This might be super early but I wanted to go ahead and start a 2018 thread. :cat:

I'm currently finishing up my last semester for my Bachelors degree in Spanish & Psychology at UT Arlington, I take the GRE on December 22nd. Any other future applicants out there? Or anyone have any advice as far as the application process? Not sure if I'd rather apply for LeaDs or PMHNP yet.

This might be a silly question but I am trying to figure out what to wear to the interview. I'm a female and would normally wear a pantsuit but don't want to be overdressed. Plus it will be really warm (compared to Seattle!). It's pretty easy to get a feel for what would be appropriate when interviewing for a job, based on the workplace, but I've never had a graduate school interview.

Question for all that have gotten an interview. Did you have all the starred prerequisites done? I completing Micro now with an A. I wonder if they waiting until I show them that to ask me for an interview for LeaDs.

I did have all pre reqs done. Not sure if they are waiting until your final grades are up.

I only have one prerequisite left, Pathophysiology.

Gotcha. It's says Anatomy and Microbiology need to be completed by Dec 31st.

Unrelated note... Did anyone get an email about fingerprinting?

I have just finished my last pre-req (pharmacology) this month and just got an email to do a fingerprint and start the background check. Good luck and best wishes to all!
